This is a study of a “head” riff, very similar to the one used in a Bill Sinigal and the Skyliners song "Second Line," but also has strong melodic resemblances to Bill Haley’s "Rock Around the Clock." The “head” is also used to transition between the solos, but the first four bars of it on pages 2, 5 & 8 are different, with a specific chordal thing happening on just the first four bars. Note that this has more than one guitar solo. Get your accompaniment chops up to speed!
